As part of CFSLs Golden Jubilee Celebration program, the Arbiters Commission has organized another seminar in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. Chess in Jaffna was affected a lot due to the Civil war held for 30 years till 2009 and now developing little by little.
The seminar was conducted by the most senior International Arbiter in Sri Lanka, Mr. Thiwanka Tissera, with the participation of 25 new Arbiters.
